Merchandise Design
& Development Process

Step 1. Onboarding & Direction
Once we reach an agreement, you’ll receive a short voluntary form to fill out where you can share your vision, references, style, and overall direction for your merch.

Step 2. Concept Alignment
We review your submission and confirm the creative direction to ensure everything aligns with your brand before design begins.

Step 3. Concept Development
Our design team begins creating your merch based on your input, focusing on designs that fit your audience and aesthetic.

Step 4. Design Delivery
All designs are delivered via email in a private folder, including both standalone design files and full mockups showing how each piece will look on the final garments.

Step 5. Revisions
You’ll have up to 2 revisions per item to refine each design and make sure everything matches your vision.

Step 6. Final Approval
Once approved, we finalize all designs and prepare them for production.

Step 7. Production Setup
Your approved designs are applied to our production-ready garments and prepared for your store launch.

What is the typical turnaround time for designs?
- Designs are typically completed within 1–2 weeks. During high-volume periods, turnaround time may extend up to 3-4 weeks.

Will I be able to review designs before they go into production?
- Yes. All mockups and design files are sent for approval before any production begins, ensuring everything meets your vision.

How is apparel produced?- All apparel is produced through our trusted fulfillment partners using a print-on-demand system. Each item is created when a customer places an order and shipped directly to them, ensuring consistent quality and efficient delivery.

How is physical music produced??- We handle the full CD production process by preparing and formatting your audio for physical distribution, then manufacturing and shipping the final product directly to your customers.

Do you use AI for merch designs?
- No. All of our designs are created by our designers to ensure originality, quality, and a more authentic representation of each artist’s brand.

Can I provide my own design ideas or references?
- Yes, artists are encouraged to share references, concepts, or direction to help guide the design process.

What if I want additional revisions?
- Additional revisions can be accommodated upon request. Each artist gets up to 2 revisions per product. To ensure your merch matches your vision.

Will designs be made to match my existing brand or aesthetic?
- All designs are tailored to fit your style, audience, and overall brand identity.

Who owns the designs?
- You keep 100% ownership of all designs. We provide all original files, so you can use them for future merch, alternate designs, or other projects if you wish.
