Ticketing Policy

This Ticket Policy applies to the Everette Productions store and all affiliated artist storefronts (collectively, the “Stores”), which are owned, operated, and managed by Everette Productions (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Everette Productions may promote or provide access to event tickets through third-party ticketing platforms. All ticket transactions are processed and fulfilled by the respective third-party provider, not Everette Productions.
By purchasing or accessing tickets through any of our Stores, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Third-Party Ticketing
All tickets are sold and fulfilled through third-party ticketing platforms selected by the event organizer or venue.
When purchasing tickets, you are entering into a transaction directly with the third-party platform and/or event organizer, not Everette Productions.
You agree to be bound by:

2. No Responsibility for Ticket Transactions
Everette Productions is not responsible for:

All inquiries related to ticket purchases must be directed to the third-party ticketing provider.
3. No Refunds or Exchanges
All ticket sales are final.
Everette Productions does not issue refunds, exchanges, or credits for:

Canceled or rescheduled events

Changes to event lineup, venue, or timing

Personal scheduling conflicts

Any issues related to the ticketing platform
Refunds, if any, are subject solely to the policies of the third-party ticketing provider or event organizer.
4. Event Changes & Cancellations
Events are subject to change or cancellation at any time.
Everette Productions is not responsible for:

Event cancellations or postponements

Changes in performers, schedules, or venues
Any updates, refunds, or credits will be handled by the event organizer or ticketing platform in accordance with their policies.
5. Entry & Admission
Entry to events is controlled by the venue and event organizers.
Everette Productions is not responsible for:

Denied entry

Lost or stolen tickets

Venue policies or restrictions
You are responsible for complying with all event and venue rules.
6. Third-Party Platforms & Links
Our Stores may contain links to external ticketing platforms.
We do not control and are not responsible for:

The content or functionality of those platforms

Their privacy practices or policies

Any transactions conducted through them
Use of third-party platforms is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everette Productions shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from:

8. Policy Acceptance
By purchasing or accessing tickets through any Everette Productions Store, you acknowledge and agree to this Ticket Policy.
