Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to the Everette Productions store and all affiliated artist storefronts (collectively, the “Stores”), which are owned, operated, and managed by Everette Productions (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Everette Productions is solely responsible for all order processing, fulfillment, shipping, and customer support. Artists featured on our Stores are independent partners and are not involved in shipping operations or order handling.
By placing an order through any of our Stores, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (local time) on Friday, or over the weekend, will begin processing the following business day.
Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product launches, or promotional events.
2. Made-to-Order Production
All products are produced on a made-to-order basis as part of limited production runs.
This allows us to maintain product quality, reduce overproduction, and deliver exclusive merchandise.
Because of this process, fulfillment times may be longer than traditional retail.
3. Fulfillment & Shipping Timeline
Estimated fulfillment and shipping timeline:

Shipment preparation
Shipping times may vary depending on destination and carrier.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email

Tracking information will be provided
Please allow several business days for tracking updates to appear. Delays in tracking activity are common during high-volume periods and do not necessarily indicate an issue.
5. Fulfillment Network
Orders are fulfilled through a distributed network of trusted production and logistics partners selected by Everette Productions.
We reserve the right to:

Route orders through any fulfillment location

Split shipments if necessary
This ensures efficient delivery based on product availability and destination.
6. Delays & External Factors
Shipping timelines are estimates and may be impacted by factors outside of our control, including:

Carrier delays

Weather conditions

Customs processing (if applicable)

High order volumes
Everette Productions is not liable for delays caused by these external factors.
7. Delivery Responsibility
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Everette Productions is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages after delivery

Delivery issues related to unsecured locations
Customers are encouraged to:

Use secure delivery addresses

Purchase Shipping Protection when available
8. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an order is:

Returned due to an incorrect address

Undeliverable after multiple attempts
The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to re-ship the order.
We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
9. Shipping Protection
Optional Shipping Protection may be offered at checkout.
If purchased, it provides coverage for:

Lost packages

Stolen packages

Carrier-related damage
Customers must contact Everette Productions directly to initiate a claim.
If Shipping Protection is not purchased:

Claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier

Outcomes are subject to the carrier’s policies and limitations
10. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on product availability and fulfillment location.
Customers will receive separate tracking information for each shipment where applicable.
11. International Shipping
For international orders:

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes
Everette Productions is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
